My name is Nick Kubik, an inventor, 3D modeler, and character artist.
I earned my Master of Fine Arts in Visual Effects from SCAD in 2020. With a background spanning both advertising and visual effects, I’ve developed a unique blend of creative and strategic thinking—allowing me to approach design not only from an artistic perspective, but with a strong understanding of how to position and present ideas.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with both startups and established companies—helping secure business, build brand presence, and contribute as a 3D artist across film, television, and games. Some of the projects I’ve had the opportunity to work on include Stranger Things, Deadpool, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, WandaVision, The Umbrella Academy, and Fortnite.

Outside of my professional work, I’ve always had a deep passion for figure collecting. As a longtime kaiju fan, lines like S.H. MonsterArts have been a major influence on my appreciation for high-quality collectibles.

NK Kinetics is the culmination of my experience, skillset, and long-term vision—an intentional step toward redefining what action figures can be. By merging real-world anatomical structure with functional design, NK Kinetics introduces a new standard: figures that don’t just look realistic—but move and behave with lifelike accuracy.

This is more than a product—it’s the next evolution of the action figure.
